1. The bearing in the gearbox is shaken, damaged or the shaft end fastening nut is loose, causing the bearing to axially move during operation, resulting in disengagement. The bearing and associated parts should be replaced and the tightening nut at the shaft end of the gearbox tightened.
Second, the shifting lever of the lower ball fork of the shift lever is improperly adjusted or the steering mechanism is improperly adjusted, so that the stroke of the fork shaft is reduced when the shift is made, and the transmission gear is in a semi-engaged state, causing the shift. The operating mechanism such as the shift lever and its lever should be adjusted to make the fork stroke meet the requirements. If the shift lever ball or fork is severely worn, replace it with a new one.
Third, the locking spring elasticity is reduced or broken, and the fork shaft positioning groove or the steel ball is seriously worn, which may cause the locking mechanism to malfunction, resulting in disengagement. Check the lock spring, fork shaft, positioning ball and other accessories and replace if necessary.
Fourth, the working face of the gear is severely wedge-shaped, generating axial thrust during operation, and even disengaging itself. In this case, the pro gear should be replaced.
In order to ensure the normal operation of agricultural vehicles, agricultural operators must understand the above four points in case of emergency.
