Black quail, commonly known as blackfish, has the characteristics of rapid growth, less disease, low oxygen tolerance, and strong adaptability, and has a high medicinal value. In 1995, we conducted experiments on artificial breeding and seedling breeding of Chinese blackbird. Artificially evoked 50 groups and obtained 1.5 million eggs. The average fertilization rate was 74.58%. 11.3 million seedlings were hatched, and the average survival rate was 47.32%. 5 6.7cm fish species have 512,000 tails. 1 Artificial propagation
1.1 Broodstock sources In 1995, a healthy fish was selected from the smooth rivers of the Dongping Lake, and 2 to 3 years old Chinese wolfberry were used as broodstock. The females weighed between 1000 and 1500 g and the males weighed between 1500 and 2000 g, for a total of 50 groups.
1.2 The broodstock cultivating male and female fish are reared in a pool of 1:1.2, domesticated and fed, and intensively cultivated. It mainly uses animal feeds such as fresh wild fish and shrimps, livestock and poultry waste, and supplements small amounts of cakes. Pay attention to water quality regulation, water injection every 3 to 5 days, each time 20 ~ 30cm, to ensure the normal development of gonad gonads.
1.3 Oxygen production Incubation is performed in a cement pool in a plastic greenhouse greenhouse. Human chorionic gonadotropin (HCG) is injected twice in the chest cavity: first injection of 1/3 of the total dose, interval of 12 hours, and injection of other doses. 2.2 Soil pond cultivation Two fish ponds in Shacun Liucun fish farm in Qichen Township, Liangshan County, and one fish pond in Donghongmiaocun Village, Guanchen Township, each with an area of ​​3 acres, a pool depth of 1.5m, and a water injection depth of 1.0 to 1.2m. The bottom is clay, no sludge, and the water source is Yellow River water, which is convenient for drainage and irrigation. About 3cm juvenile fish stocking density of 3 to 70,000 / acre. The bait is mainly produced by fertilizing and culturing zooplankton, supplemented with artificially harvested rotifers such as zooplankton and bait, and at the same time stocking a certain number of squid strips, oysters, and heads of fish in ponds to allow them to naturally reproduce the fry as bait fish.
2.3 Cultivation measures “Four-setting†Domestication feeding, 3 times daily injection. The cement pool is changed once every 1 to 2 days; the pond is filled with water once every 7 to 10 days, each time it is filled with water 20 to 30cm. In order to control the water quality, 6,000 pieces of carp were stocked per acre. In front of the fish ponds under the pond, clear the pond thoroughly with quicklime. 3 Discussion
3.1 Relationship between incubation and water temperature The average incubation temperature for the first batch to the fifth batch of fertilized eggs was 20, 23, 25, 26, and 28°C in sequence. The filming time of fish fry is 50, 48, 30, 26, 23 hours in sequence. Tests have shown that the incubation time of oxytocin should be controlled from mid-June to early July, and the optimal water temperature for hatching is 23-26°C.
3.2 Relationship between incubation and water depth We chose two water depth gradients of 0.2m, 0.3m, and 0.5m for hatching comparison. The results show that different water depths have little effect on hatching. However, the depth of water should not be too shallow. Otherwise, due to direct sunlight and surface water temperature is too high, it will cause dead eggs or deformity.
3.3 Water Quality for Seed Breeding Cement pond water is small, water quality is easy to age, water quality regulation is the key, it should be changed once a day. In addition to regular water injection and water changes, ponds should also be filled with appropriate amounts of white quail-inch tablets, and some aquatic plants such as water lettuce, water peanuts and duckweed should be put in place. This can not only regulate water quality, but also serve as a sheltered habitat for blackbird, which is conducive to growth. .
