According to Liu Yushan, meat chickens (including broiler chickens) have almost all of this happened since this summer. The flock began to have only a certain degree of "failure", later appeared diarrhea, row of persimmon or rotten meaty stools, the skin (legs obviously) lost the normal yellow. The less good chickens were dissected and found to have mild enteritis and intestinal coccidiosis.
Liu Yushan believes that there are three main reasons why broilers do not increase their feed and grow slowly:
One is the effect of high temperature weather. At present, most of the broilers are kept in greenhouses. The greenhouses are poor in thermal insulation, and there are no good cooling measures when the outside temperature is high. The feed intake of broilers will be reduced under high temperature conditions.
The second is the decline in feed quality. This year's feed raw material prices have risen sharply, and corn prices have risen even more. Feed mills have begun to replace some of the corn with wheat in order to reduce costs. This will lead to thicker broiler's gut contents, affecting the digestion, absorption and utilization of nutrients. As the contents of the gut become more viscous and extend through the digestive tract, feed intake decreases accordingly. As the digestion and absorption of nutrients is reduced and the feed intake is small, the growth rate will certainly be significantly reduced.
The third is the increase in the incidence of diseases. Originally, broiler chickens are prone to coccidiosis (the most common form of intestinal coccidiosis) and enteric diseases such as necrotizing enterocolitis in high-temperature, humid environments. This, together with wheat, creates a viscous environment in the intestine of chickens, making broilers more Prone to bowel disease, which makes the situation worse.
Liu Yushan reminded the majority of broiler farmers that for this situation, the best preventive effect is in advance, and the treatment effect is relatively poor. He suggested that the use of drugs for the treatment of enteritis and coccidiosis should be rationally used to increase nutrition while strengthening husbandry and management so as to ensure the healthy growth of chickens.
[Composition]
The main component of this preparation is human immunoglobulin, which is prepared by cold ethanol fractionation of human plasma from healthy donors. The manufacturing process contains a step to remove anticomplementary activity and a dual viral inactivation process. It contains a suitable amount of glucose or maltose as stabilizer (see table below), but does not contain any antiseptic or antibiotic. The distribution of IgG subclasses is close to the serum level of normal subjects and maintains the bioactivity of Fc fragment of IgG.
[Indications]
1. Primary
agammaglobulinemia, such as X-linked hypogammaglobulinemia,
common variant immunodeficiency diseases, immunoglobulin G subclass deficiency,
etc.
2. Secondary
immunoglobulin deficiency diseases, such as severe infection, septicemia of
newborn, etc
