The CoMetro 6000 series post-column derivatization system (post-column derivatization) pioneered new standards for performance, price and shape of post-column derivatization systems. CoMetro 6000 Series Post-column Derivative System (post-column derivative) Features:
Ø   Fast and easy to set up
Simply connect an inlet from the column and an outlet into the detector for immediate installation.
Ø   Modular design
Optional single or double reaction core. The heating reaction can be carried out simultaneously, and the two-step reaction process of the normal temperature reaction.
Optional 1 , 2 or more derivatizing pumps.
Ø  Reduces joint and pipe connections to prevent leakage.
Ø  All connectors are located on the front panel for user convenience.
Ø  Panel display for easy setup
The front panel of the reactor shows the set and actual temperatures of each reactor.
The front panel of the derived pump shows the flow rate, pressure and pressure limits for each reagent.
Ø  External control
The flow rate of the pump and the temperature of the reactor can be controlled via the front panel or externally via RS232 .
Ø  The modular reactor allows the reactor core to be replaced with just 2 connectors.
Ø  The newly designed reaction core greatly reduces the peak spread.

Cometro (Connolly U.S.) system, post-column derivatization, post-column derivatization 70 degrees, the derivatizing agent: 0.03% aqueous solution of iodine in methanol,
The flow rate is 0.3 ml/min ;
Scienhome (Tianjin Haohang ) Kromasil c18 250*4.6mm column;
Mobile phase: methanol - acetonitrile - water = 40:10:50 ;
Flow rate: 0.8 ml/min ;
Sample: aflatoxin stock solution;
Injection volume: 10ul .

The above results show baseline noise ( 0.2mv ), sensitivity, signal-to-noise ratio ( >10 ), efficiency ( >9000 ), and resolution between main peaks ( >1.5 ).
