4, pruning
The plant should be re-cut in the late growth stage and kept at a height of about 50 cm. 5, pest control
The pests and diseases of amaranth are mainly aphids, and they can be sprayed and controlled in the early stage of the disease. The control can be carried out with 20% of pyrethroid 2 000 times solution, 50% of chlorpyrifos 3,000 times solution, 10% of imidacloprid WP 1500 times. . During the growth of the seedlings, attention should be paid to timely weeding work. It is found that weeds in the field should be removed in time to prevent weeds and cockroaches from competing for nutrients.
6, harvesting
When the new sprouting shoots grow to more than 20 cm, the young shoots are taken from the base before the base leaves are aged. When picking and packaging, it should prevent impurities such as sediment and weeds from being mixed into the leaves. When the plant grows to a height of about 55 cm, the whole branch is cut and listed, cut to 5~10 cm from the ground, and the harvest interval is 45-55 days. When the plant grows to a height of about 35 cm, the first leaf harvesting can be carried out, and each shoot retains 12-15 cm young shoots, and the harvesting interval is 14-18 days.
