1, increase the feed concentration. 2, using nitrogen-rich raw materials. Before and after winter, fresh pig manure (or fresh cow manure or fresh sheep manure) is completely used as fermentation raw material instead of “nitrogen-depleted organic raw materials†such as dried wheat straw and corn stalks, etc. Reduce the carbon-nitrogen ratio, speed up the propagation of methane bacteria, and make it produce more gas.
3, scientific insulation. There are three main insulation methods: (1) Covering insulation. The surface of the digester is covered with straw, firewood, straw, compost or thick soil and other insulation materials. The covering surface is larger than the surface of the pool to prevent cold air from entering and lowering the temperature in the pool. (2) Plastic shed insulation. The shed built on the biogas digester is covered with plastic sheeting, or covered with a plastic film on the top of the digester, and the plastic film is extended by 2 to 3 meters to the periphery, covering the feed inlet, water pressure chamber and the surrounding ground. To create a "greenhouse effect" and increase the pool temperature.
4, warming promote decay. When re-feeding and adding materials, appropriate amount of warm water can be added to the pool to increase the temperature in the pool, and the temperature in the pool should be maintained at 5 degrees or more to promote the production of new material.
