The manure is also known as ring fertilizer and bar fertilizer. It is an organic fertilizer made by mixing animal manure and mat grass, padding soil, mat straw, etc. in the livestock pen. The following three accumulation methods are commonly used for manure:
Close-packing method: This method is also called cold-rolling method. The manure was removed from the stockpile and compacted. The outside of the heap was covered with crushed soil. The stack is usually about 2 meters wide and 1.5-2 meters high. The disadvantage of this method is that due to tight pressure, poor ventilation, and anaerobic decomposition of manure, it usually takes 2-3 months before it reaches semi-mature state and it takes 5-6 months to reach maturity. Adopted in spring and summer. The advantage is that the temperature is low, the heat generation is less, and the ammonia is less volatile, and the ammonia is less volatile. The organic matter is consumed less, and more humus is obtained.
Loose deposition method: also known as enthalpy method. The manure is loosely packed and the accumulation height is generally 1.5-2.0 meters. Due to the air circulation in the heap, the fertilizer is decomposed under aerobic conditions, and the decomposition of the fertilizer can be completed in a short period of time and is suitable for use in autumn. The disadvantage is the large loss of organic matter and nitrogen.
Closely packed and loosely stacked. The manure is piled into a heap, not compacted, so that it is fermented under the conditions of loose ventilation, generally 2-3 days after the temperature can rise to 60 °C -70 °C, when the temperature falls below 50 °C, practical compaction, heap Fertilizer turned from good gas decomposition to gas decomposition. Continue to pile up the new manure on the heap, and then make it ferment under the condition of loose ventilation. In this way, when the height of the fertilizer pile reaches 2 meters, the mud will be sealed outside the pile, and it will be half-commercial for 1.5-2 months. 4- 5 months can completely decomposed.
