Comparing with the existing grain no-tillage seeder, the opener adopts a staggered double-row configuration, and the arrow spade type opener shovel chest forms an angle of 70 degrees with the ground to improve the passability; the spring-type floating ground wheel is adopted. The profiling mechanism improves the reliability of sowing and fertilizing; the duck-peager style soil cover is used to ensure isolation of seed fertilizers. The machine tool design is reasonable and effectively solves the problem of no-tillage sowing of wheat in two crop areas in northern China. It has been demonstrated and promoted in the Guanzhong and Weibei arid regions of Shaanxi Province with good results. The whole machine reached the domestic advanced level.
