Pistons and Piston Rings: Pistons marked with an upward arrow on the top shall be installed in the direction specified by the mark; if not marked, the small eddies beside the vortex pits or pits of the piston shall be directed towards the injector side to ensure Mix evenly. When assembling the piston ring, the top is marked with "UP", "UP", etc., and should be facing upwards; at the top, the undistorted twisting ring should have its inner circle cut or chamfered downward; the chrome-plated ring (the shell should be shiny) should be installed In the first piston ring groove. Each ring opening should be staggered 120 to 180 degrees to ensure its sealing and oiling effect.

Connecting rod and connecting rod cover: The large end of the connecting rod of the horizontal diesel engine is divided by 45 degrees, and the section should be face down to improve the stress of the connecting rod bolt. The connecting rod cover and the connecting rod are paired and processed, and the matching marks should be on the same side during assembly to ensure that the roundness and cylindricity of the connecting rod bearings meet the specified requirements.

Main bearing cover, bearing bush or bushing: The main bearing cover and the body bearing seat are matched with the boring process. They should be paired according to the pair mark. They must not be interchanged or changed in assembly direction so as not to damage the coaxiality and size of the main bearing housing hole. Accuracy. The bearing bush or bushing with oil hole should be aligned with the corresponding oil hole in the bearing seat and bushing hole to ensure the smooth passage of the lubrication oil.

Cylinder head bolt: If one end of the bolt is coarse thread and the other is fine thread, the coarse thread end should be screwed into the body; if the end of the bolt is fine, the shorter end should be screwed into the body. , to ensure that the cylinder head can be pressed tightly.

Oil pump and fuel injection pump: If the oil is planetary rotor type, the outer rotor should be chamfered towards the pump body to prevent the oil from circulating in the pump to reduce the pump oil pressure. The crescent-shaped positioning groove on the fuel injection nozzle plug sleeve should be aligned with the positioning hole on the pump body. The mark (or oil return groove) on the plunger should be installed upward to avoid causing no oil supply or diesel engine coaster.

Foam plastic filter element: The air filter using the foam plastic filter element should be installed with the same direction of the winding direction of the filter element as the intake air flow direction to reduce the pressure of the air intake.

Clutch friction plate, disc spring, brake shoe, bearing: the length of the two disc hubs of the clutch friction plate is inconsistent, the two long hubs should be opposite (short hub relative), otherwise the clutch will not be engaged; the friction plate is riveted If the oil pan is thrown, the oil pan should be directed towards the flywheel to prevent contamination by oil. The double acting clutch adopts the disc spring as the pressing element, and the small end of the two disc springs should be opposed to ensure that the friction disc can be reliably pressed. In the case of unbalanced wheel brakes, the brake shoe with a longer friction plate should be used as the front brake shoe, otherwise it will cause uneven wear of the brake shoe and reduce the braking effect. The use of 60204 (outside) and 60206 (inside) semi-closed bearing supports shall be carried out with the closed side of the rubber ring opposite, and may not be replaced by other bearings, otherwise it will cause oil and water in the clutch cavity.

Drive shaft and drive chain: The drive forks at both ends of the drive shaft should be in the same plane to avoid torsional vibration and damage of the transmission components. If the transmission chain adopts spring clips, the direction of the open end should be opposite to that of the chain so as to avoid falling off during the collision.

Driving wheel: The driving wheel is marked with an upward arrow and should be directed to the direction of rotation of the tire when it is advanced. When there is no marking, the driving wheel is seen from the rear of the vehicle. The top of the "eight" or "human" pattern should face upward.
