Black fungus gully hanging bag cultivation

Black fungus is one of the common types of edible fungi. It not only has high nutritional value, but also can play an anti-cancer effect. It has a large market demand and high production efficiency. The use of trench bag cultivation method is small investment, simple operation, easy to promote.

First, bagging

Black fungus production generally uses polypropylene bags of 17 cm, 33 cm, and 0.05 mm thick. The formula of the culture material is: 73% of cottonseed skin, 20% of corn cob, 5% of wheat bran, 1% of gypsum powder and white sugar. The bagging medium was bagged and sterilized under normal pressure for 10 hours. The original species was introduced and the hyphae were cultured in the room. After about 45 days, the hyphae covered the entire bag. After the ear hole was opened on the bag, it was transferred to the outdoor trench. Ears.

Second, the hanging bag

Digging trenches 1.3 meters deep and 1 meter wide in the yard, and digging out the slow slopes on either side of the trench. A 2 cm thick wooden stick is used to hang the material bag on the ditch, and the ditch is sprayed with a watering can a day or two before the hanging bag.

With a 1.3-meter-long string, each of the two ends is tied to the mouth of a sack, and it is placed on a wooden stick in the ditch, and the sack falls into the ditch. In order to make full use of the space, the bag can be divided into four layers. The method is: two ropes as a group, one rope bag is adjusted at one or four layers, another is at the second or third layer, and so on. Ensure that the distance between the bag and the bag is between 10 and 15 centimeters, so that the microclimate between the bags is uniform.

Third, management

1. Humidity. After hanging the bag, spray water in the ditch and on the bag so that the moisture content in the material is not less than 55%. To prevent exposure to strong light and maintain moisture in the ditch, cover the sparse plant straw and cover the plastic film. In the first 5 to 6 days, the relative humidity in the ditch is not less than 90%. After the primordium occurs until the ear piece grows for four to five days, the humidity is not less than 85%. The ear piece grows to within seven or eight days of maturity. The humidity is not low. At 90%. In short, in addition to stopping spraying one or two days before or after the first ear picking, the rest should be sprayed with moisture every day. Rainy days cover the ditch to prevent excessive water in the ditch.

2. Temperature. The temperature in the ditch is preferably 22°C to 25°C, the maximum not exceeding 27°C, and the minimum not less than 18°C. Usually, the ditch cover is used for the adjustment.

3. Carbon dioxide. The concentration of carbon dioxide in the ditch must not exceed 0.03%, otherwise ear differentiation will be affected. Although the slow slope at both ends of the ditch has the effect of promoting air circulation, it should be ventilated once every few days.

4. Light. The growth of the black fungus fruit body requires a large amount of scattered light and a certain amount of direct light, sufficient illumination, hypertrophy of the lug, dark color, high quality, and high yield, so the position of the bag and the direction of the light receiving are changed every few days.

Fourth, harvest

After 20 days or so, when the ears are fully expanded and the ear roots are reduced, white spore powder appears on the ventral surface of the fruit body, and the first harvesting can be carried out. The harvesting should be carried out on a sunny day, and the ears should not be left behind, nor can they be harvested. Pull hard pull. After harvesting, it is necessary to spread the sun in time, and it can be dried on the soil at 40°C in case of rainy days.

After harvesting, ear roots and harmful bacteria should be promptly cleaned, pests should be eliminated, ventilation should be strengthened, and humidity should be reduced. After 3 days, the water was sprayed again, the medium was restored to moisture content, and the environmental humidity was increased again, and the suitable temperature of 22° C. to 25° C. was maintained. The mycelium was recovered and cultured. The subsequent management method was the same as above. Generally can be harvested 4 to 5 times.
