Wettable powder
The WP is a dosage form in which the pesticide original drug, inert filler and a certain amount of auxiliary agent are mixed and crushed in proportion to reach a certain fineness of the powder. Wettable powder does not use solvents and emulsifiers. It is safe for plants. It can be used before fruit bagging to avoid organic solvent stimulation on the fruit surface.
Commonly used varieties are: 10% imidacloprid powder, 70% thiophanate powder, 80% of the large powder and so on.
2. Water dispersible granules
Water dispersible granules are prepared by mixing and solidifying the solid pesticide with the additives such as moistening agent, dispersant, and thickening agent, and fillers. The water disintegrates quickly and disperses into a suspension agent. Water dispersible granules have the advantages of good fluidity, convenient use, good storage stability, high content of active ingredients, and the advantages of wettable powders and suspensions. The active ingredient of water-dispersible granules is generally 50% to 90%.
Commonly used species are: 50% imidacloprid water dispersion granules.
3. Water agent
Any pesticide that dissolves in water and does not decompose in water can be formulated as a liquid agent. An aqueous solution is an aqueous solution of a pesticide original drug. The agent is uniformly dispersed in water in an ion or molecular state. The concentration of the agent depends on the water solubility of the original drug. In general, it is its maximum solubility, and is diluted with water when used. The water agent has less pollution to the environment and is a formulation to be developed in the future.
The common varieties are: 2% avidin water, 40% water amidosulfate, etc.
4. Suspension
Suspension is also called suspension agent. Using a water-insoluble solid pesticidal raw powder plus a surfactant and using water as a medium, the viscous flowable suspension prepared by ultrafine grinding using a wet method is used. Compared with the wettable powder, it has the characteristics of small particle diameter, no dust pollution, strong penetration, high efficacy, both wettable powder and emulsifiable concentrate advantages, can be mixed with water.
It should be noted that after the suspension is stored for a long period of time, sedimentation may occur due to the sinking of the suspended particles. When the suspension is used, it must be fully shaken so that the lower part of the suspension can be re-suspended to ensure efficacy.
Commonly used varieties are: 40% carbendazim suspensions.
5. EC
Emulsifiable concentrate is a transparent liquid that is made of water-insoluble raw materials plus organic solvents such as stupid, xylene, and emulsifiers. It is not turbid, layered, and precipitated when stored at room temperature for two years. It can be quickly and evenly added when added to water. Disperse into an opaque emulsion. The characteristics of EC are: high efficacy, convenient application, and stable properties. Due to its long history and mature processing technology, EC has a large variety, large output, and a wide range of applications. It is currently a major dosage form of pesticides in China. The effective content of EC is generally between 20% and 90%.
The common varieties are: 10% triadimefon EC, 25% chlorotoluene EC, 25% EC, 20% Chrysanthemum EC.
It should be noted that the organic solvents in the EC formulations can stimulate the young fruits of apples and pears, increase the surface pore size of the fruit, and reduce the surface roughness of the fruit surface. Therefore, try not to apply the bagging, especially some sensitive species and varieties. Do not apply.
6. Concentrates
Emulsifier is also called water emulsion. It is made of water-insoluble pesticides plus emulsifiers, dispersants, stabilizers, thickeners, co-solvents, and water. After homogenization, it is an oil-in-water emulsion with an opaque appearance. . Compared with emulsifiable concentrates, it has the advantages of saving solvent and less pollution to the environment. Its efficacy is comparable to that of emulsifiable concentrates and it is a new formulation with promising development. This formulation can be used after being diluted with water.
7. Microemulsion
Microemulsions are made of additives such as emulsifiers, antifreeze agents, and water, and are transparent or translucent liquids. The environmental pollution is small, and the irritatingness of the chemicals is small. Use it before fruit bagging to avoid damage to young fruit. Because the diameter of the formed emulsion particles is very small, the white emulsion formed when the water is mixed with water is not seen when the water is used, and thus it is also called a water-based emulsifiable concentrate and a solubilized emulsifiable concentrate.
The common varieties are: 16% high efficiency chrysanthemum microemulsion, 4.5% high chlorine microemulsion and so on.
Our Plastic Pipette includes serological pipette and disposable Transfer Pipette.
The serological pipette(Pipette Tip) is made of imported high quality polystyrene. Novel aspiration area design can fit most of the pipettors on the market. Mainly used for accurate measure or transfer certain volume liquid and is widely employed in the field of cell cuture, bacteriology, clinical research, etc. Six capacity 1ml, 2ml, 5ml, 10ml, 25ml and 50ml are available.
The disposable transfer pipette is made of superior LDPE material, non-toxic, adapted to draw, transfer or carry for small volume liquid. The soft material make the pipette can be bent with a certain angle, which is convenient for drawing or adding liquid in irregular or micro container. Individual pack or bulk pack are available.
