2, detection method

The oxygen barrier test method of common plastic packaging bags is divided into equal pressure method and differential pressure method, and the test chamber of the detecting device using the principle of differential pressure method is divided into upper and lower parts, the upper chamber is a high pressure chamber, and the lower chamber is a lower chamber. In the low pressure chamber, the sample is located between the two test chambers. During the test, the sample is clamped between the two test chambers. First, the low pressure chamber is evacuated, and then the whole system is evacuated. When the specified vacuum is reached, the low pressure chamber is closed and a certain pressure is applied to the high pressure chamber. The test gas forms a constant pressure difference (adjustable) between the two test chambers (ie, both sides of the sample), and the test gas penetrates from the high pressure chamber to the low pressure chamber under the action of the pressure difference gradient, passing through the low pressure chamber The internal pressure is monitored to obtain the barrier properties of the sample.

At present, the standard for the detection method of oxygen permeation of plastic packaging mainly refers to GB/T1038-2000 "Phenomenon of Pressure Difference of Plastic Film and Sheet Gas Permeability Test Method".

3. Test equipment
3.1 Scope of application This paper uses the Labthink VAC-V2 differential pressure gas permeation instrument to test the oxygen permeation of peanut window-opening bags.

3.2 Equipment parameters (1) The normal test range of the equipment is 0.05~50,000cm3/m2·24h·0.1MPa, which can be extended to 500,000cm3/m2·24h·0.1MPa, and the vacuum resolution can reach 0.1Pa.

(2) The temperature control range of the equipment is 5°C~95°C, the temperature control accuracy is ±0.1°C; the humidity control range is 0%RH, 2%RH~98.5%RH, 100%RH, and the humidity control precision is ±1%. RH can meet the testing requirements of different test conditions of samples.

(5) The instrument automatically calculates the test results based on the monitoring of the pressure in the low pressure chamber.

(6) According to the step (1), three pieces of the sample are cut out from the non-opening area of ​​the sample, that is, the printing area, and then the detection is performed according to the steps (2) to (5).
