1. Adjust the clearance between the roller nail teeth and the concave screen cross bar (that is, the concave screen gap). If the gap is too large, then the threshing will not be clean. After the threshing, there will be a lot of spikes and grains in the straw. If the gap is too small, the breakage will increase. Therefore, adjust the screen screws to make the gap uniform. The inlet gap of the gravure screen is generally 8-10 mm and the exit gap is 5-7 mm. After adjusting the tightening nut, the rotating drum should be flexible and smooth.
2, check the tightness of the belt at any time. The belt is too tight and it is easy to cause overheating and burnout. Too loose, it is easy to slip, which makes the deceleration weak. The threshing is not clean, and the belt is easy to be aged and broken. Attention should be paid to inspection and replacement at any time.
3, highly alert to use electricity to hurt people. Move or install the thresher with professional guidance. Before work, carefully check all circuit joints, whether the insulation is safe and reliable; the motor must be grounded; the insulation resistance between the winding and the housing must not be lower than 0.5 megohms; the material specifications of the power supply line should be consistent with the relevant standards; Incomplete or line aging, should be replaced in time, can not continue to use; electric thresher should not be in the wet field operations, otherwise, at any time can cause a shock crisis.
4, safe threshing techniques. Before putting into operation, do a comprehensive inspection of the thresher, including whether it is free to rotate, bolts are missing or loose; before feeding the crops, first remove the foreign matter mixed in the straw completely, and confirm that the unit is fully normal and then feed; Feeding must be done evenly, neatly, appropriately, continuously; when feeding is blocked, do not force it in; after 3-4 hours of continuous work, it must be stopped and rested, and check tightening bolts, belt tightness and filling Lubricants and so on.
