1 Experimental method Each sample was pulverized and passed through a 40 mesh sieve. Weigh 1g, add 15ml of methanol, soak for 4h under warmth. The filtrate was evaporated to methanol on a water bath, and 2 ml of methanol was added to the residue for chromatography.
