Vacuum drying oven specification operation process:
1. The items to be dried are placed in a vacuum drying box, the door is closed, the vent valve is closed, the vacuum valve is opened, and then the vacuum pump is turned on to start pumping, so that the vacuum required by the user is reached, and the vacuum valve is closed. , then turn off the vacuum pump power switch.
2. Turn the vacuum oven power switch to “I”, set the required temperature, and the temperature inside the box will start to rise. When the temperature inside the box is close to the set temperature, the heating indicator will suddenly bulge and repeat, repeatedly, generally Within 120 minutes, the shelf level enters a constant temperature state.
3. When the required working temperature is lower, the secondary setting mode can be adopted. For example, the required working temperature is 60 °C, * can be set to 50 °C, and the temperature overshoot starts to fall back, and then the second time is set to 60. °C, this can reduce or even eliminate the temperature overshoot phenomenon, enter the constant temperature state as soon as possible. 4. According to the different moisture levels of different items, choose different drying time. If the drying time is longer and the vacuum degree is lower, you need to pump again to restore the vacuum. First turn on the vacuum pump motor switch and then open the vacuum valve.
5. After the drying is finished, the power should be turned off first, the bleed valve should be rotated, the vacuum inside the box should be released, and then the box door should be opened to take out the items. (After releasing the vacuum, it is not easy to open the door immediately due to the tight deformation of the sealing ring and the glass door. After a period of time, after the sealing ring is restored to the original shape, the door can be opened easily.)
