Adhesion molecules expressed on the membrane of cancer cells, such as epithelial cell adhesion molecules, neurocadmium, and galectin, can "localize" and "anchor" cancer cells with each other through receptor-ligand binding. Nano-particles "canopies" that penetrate cancer cells can adhere to membrane-adhesive molecules that recognize MCF-7 cancer cells, avoiding the effects of tedious chemical targeting modifications and potentially uncontrollable factors.

After the cancer cell membrane is coated, the nanoparticles not only disguise themselves, but also reduce the interception of liver and kidney, and finally achieve homologous targeted enrichment of MCF-7 tumors. Under the guidance of fluorescence/photoacoustic dual-mode imaging, near Infrared laser excitation, precise control of the local temperature of the tumor site, to achieve accurate treatment of cancer visualization."
