High temperature sterilization tunnel oven cleaning method

Cleaning implementation conditions and frequency:
1. When the production continues, each batch is finished and cleaned by batch cleaning.
2. During intermittent production, the production is completed or deactivated for more than 72 hours per day, and cleaned by daily cleaning method.
3. Continuously produce for one month or change varieties or overhaul or deactivate for more than one month, and clean according to special cleaning methods.

Cleaning time: cleaning and daily cleaning should be carried out within 2 hours of the end of production

Cleaning location: cleaning on site

Cleaning tools: rag (no fiber), stainless steel bucket, plastic brush

detergent:
1. drinking water;
2. Washing liquid: prepare an appropriate amount of washing liquid according to the ratio of 10 ml of washing liquid and 200 ml of water;
3.0.5% NaOH solution: prepared according to the "standard operating procedures for the preparation of HCL and NaOH solution in the workshop";
4. purified water.

Cleaning method:
1.1. Remove the equipment status label before cleaning and wipe off the mark on the status label with a rag.
1.2. Wipe the outer surface of the can with a rag once, and rinse the inner surface of the can with purified water for 1 minute.
2, daily cleaning method
2.1. Remove the equipment status label before cleaning and wipe off the mark on the status label with a rag.
2.2. Wipe the outer surface of the can with a rag once, rinse the inner surface of the can with drinking water twice for 1 minute, then rinse the inner surface of the can with purified water for 1 minute.
3, special cleaning methods
3.1. Remove the equipment status label before cleaning, and wipe the mark on the status label with a rag.
3.2 Wipe the outer surface of the can with a rag with a washing solution, wipe the outer surface of the can with a plastic brush, and wipe the outer surface once with a rag with drinking water.
3.3. Wash the inner surface of the tank with drinking water (clean the tank if necessary).
3.4, soak for 2 hours with 1200L of 0.5% NaOH solution, and stir for 5 minutes every 30 minutes. The NaOH solution was drained, and the inner wall of the tank was sprayed twice with drinking water for 2 minutes, and then sprayed with purified water for 1 minute.
3.5. After wii, wipe the outer surface of the can with a clean rag once.

Effective time
1. The MSH-350 high temperature sterilization tunnel oven has a temporary storage period of 72 hours, and the cleaning method is over 72 hours.
2. Before use, check the cleaning condition of the equipment, visually stain it, and re-clean it according to the daily cleaning method.
3. If necessary, re-clean according to special cleaning methods.
