Livestock and poultry safe and efficient feeding management method in summer

During the hot summer months, livestock and poultry are under a high degree of heat stress, and their growth and production have been affected to varying degrees. Therefore, in summer livestock and poultry raising, the low feeding temperature is a safe, effective and non-effective measure to increase the growth rate and production performance of livestock and poultry:

First, maximize ventilation. Increase the ventilation of the housing, including natural ventilation on the construction of the housing, manual installation of fan positive pressure ventilation, and installation of ventilation fans for negative pressure ventilation.

Second, use evaporative cooling. Spray or spray water on the roof of livestock and poultry houses, and spray finely in the pens, pay attention to the use of deep well water with lower water temperature as much as possible to reduce the temperature.

Third, reduce the breeding density. Minimize the rearing density and increase the number of drinking water and drinking water.

Fourth, adjust the feeding time. Reasonably adjust the feeding time, feed in the morning in advance, add night feeds in the evening, feed in the cool will help increase weight.

Fifth, vitamin supplements. Science supplements vitamins, add 150 grams to 300 grams of vitamin C and other anti-heat stress drugs per ton in feed or drinking water.
