The heating technology of the inner wall of the box is to provide a heating jacket on the outer side of the inner wall of the box, and hot water or steam is introduced into the heating jacket to increase the temperature of the inner wall of the box (this temperature is controllable), thereby eliminating the source. Prerequisites for the condensation of water vapor in the tank in the tank, thereby greatly reducing the energy consumption of the equipment. At the same time, due to the increase of the temperature of the tank wall, the heat loss in the tank is reduced, and the heat of the material is more uniform, thereby greatly improving the drying efficiency of the equipment.
Second, the technical process

After the steel is welded, it can be used not only as a heat source channel, but also as a lateral reinforcement of the tank wall.
