Selection

Then pour the seeds into the brine and stir them, and remove the rice grains and impurities floating on the water, then rinse the seeds in the salt water basin with water.

Soaking and disinfecting

In order to kill the pathogen attached to the seed coat, eliminate the damage caused by seed transmission, such as seedling disease, rice blast, and bacterial blight. When soaking seeds, it should be disinfected with chemicals. Seed disinfection can also be carried out with 3% lime water.

Germination

The seeds that have been soaked and sterilized are placed in water at 45 ° C, preheated for 1-2 minutes, and then stacked in a plastic greenhouse or germinated on a fire. The germination temperature should be controlled at 28-32 ° C, and the chest can be exposed in 24 hours. In order to increase the adaptability of the seeds to the external environment after sowing, the buds should be spread after germination.

Place the buds in the room for 4-6 hours. When the seeds are suitable for moisture and not sticky, they can be sown.
