When using self-adhesive labels in the winter in northern China, static electricity is often generated during the labeling process. Static electricity is also generated when materials are rubbed and contacted with materials and related components of the labeler. When labeling on an automatic labeling machine, static electricity can cause air bubbles and affect the labeling effect. If the static electricity is very serious, an electric spark discharge will occur, which is a predisposing factor of the fire, and the electric shock will also cause the operator to malfunction. Advice on static solutions:

1) Reasonably control the temperature and humidity of the operating space, the ideal temperature is 20-22 ° C, and the relative humidity is 50%;

2) Discharge using a copper metal wire. The copper metal wire is located above the material, is grounded after being insulated from the labeling machine, and the electric charge on the sticker is discharged to the ground through the metal wire to reduce the static electricity on the sticker. (3) The speed adjustment and labeling method of the labeling machine is not appropriate: the speed of the bottle should be slightly faster than the labeling speed of the label when labeling, so as to avoid the generation of bubbles. Before the labeling, completely eliminate the static electricity, so that the label is strong and the label is out of the bottom paper. The labeling machine should not be brushed with a brush, sponge roller or vacuum suction. The rubber scraper with a certain strength should be installed in contact with the label, and the scraper should maintain a certain angle and strength. The labeling of the soft bottle body should adjust the relationship between the labeling speed, the blade strength, the angle and the distance;

(4) The selection of the bottom paper is not appropriate: the bottom paper with good smoothness should be selected, such as the bottom paper of PET material, so that the adhesive has good flatness on the surface, and the wettability is good and flat after labeling;
