1. The failure of the vacuum pump does not start

Causes and treatment: The viscosity of the pump oil is not good, the model is wrong, and secondly, the temperature also has an effect on the pump oil, especially when the season changes alternately, especially when the pump does not start for a long time, it will cause negative high pressure loss. It is more serious, because it takes more than 10 hours to vacuum again, which will cause great losses for fast-paced production, so try to avoid the loss of negative high pressure, especially when the pump does not start automatically. To manually press the green switch at the pump motor, if it does not start, check if the signal of the pump running status in the software is in the ON state. If it is OFF, wait until it turns ON and then manually press the switch. In the winter, the indoor temperature should not be too low, and the minimum temperature should be kept above 15 degrees. For the model of the pump oil, the pump is different and the oil is different. Make sure that the pump and oil models are the same, the oil time is long, if it is yellow If it is turbid, you should consider changing the oil. When the vacuum is too good, it is difficult to start the pump. Therefore, the hexagon socket bolts of the vacuum chamber cover need to be adjusted to increase the mechanical efficiency of the pump. It has been verified that the use of this method will improve the startup failure of the pump.

2. Negative high pressure suddenly disappears

Since the vacuum value does not go up for a long time, the negative high voltage disappears. The treatment method: the second ground wire of the control box is inserted and tested repeatedly several times. If you still can't, consider restarting the instrument.

3, carbon is abnormally high

Argon is not pure, need to change the gas, first try with high purity argon.

4, argon discharge pipe blockage

Phenomenon: The sample jumps on the sample and cannot be analyzed. Cause: There is dirt inside the argon discharge pipe: clean the argon filter exhaust pipe.

5, the light intensity is low

Cause: The dirty slit of the condenser is dirty. The performance of the photomultiplier tube is reduced. Rub the condenser, clean the slit, and replace the corresponding photomultiplier tube.

6, the sound is abnormal

Reason: During the analysis, the platen holes are not covered and the cover is completely covered.

7, the instrument vacuum chamber leaks

Reason: The unevenness on the vacuum chamber cover excites the platen where there is air leakage: when the air is inflated, the pressure and flow rate are adjusted to be larger, and the plate is re-opened to activate the platen.

8, the instrument analysis data is unstable, the instrument is stable and slow, the instrument back cover fan rotation is faulty.

Analysis of the cause: The temperature of the instrument vacuum chamber is not well controlled. Check the fan on the back cover of the instrument and replace the fan if necessary. Handling: Replace the back cover fan of the same model.

9, the instrument computer crashes, program error, black screen, analysis software, the START state is sometimes not yellow, sometimes it moves but turns red.

Cause analysis: The communication between the instrument and the computer is incorrect.

Processing: For the computer to crash, first press the numeric keypad NUMLOCK light by hand. If it flashes, there is no crash, it proves that there is a problem with the program. At this time, the program is turned off and then turned on. Otherwise, restart the computer, if still not, Turn off the computer, reconnect the communication line, and then turn on the computer. If it still doesn't work, you can only power off the instrument. After a while, then send power and turn on the instrument. Generally, this method can solve the problem.
