The electronic weighbridge display surface is also called the weighing display instrument. It converts the load cell signal (or the fire transmitter) into a weight digital flash, weighs the display instrument and can store, calculate and print the weight data. Electronic equipment. It belongs to the category of precision instruments and meters. It must be installed, used and maintained according to the requirements in the manual to ensure the safety, normality and accuracy of the instrument. Failure to do so may result in damage to the instrument or shorten its service life.
1. Waterproof: Under normal circumstances, the humidity of the working environment of the instrument can reach 95%, but it is stipulated that condensation cannot be produced. Except for special stainless steel housings with waterproof function.
2. Lightning protection: The electronic weighing instrument is a weak current system that is vulnerable to lightning and damages parts. Lightning enters the meter mainly from two aspects: it is imported by the power line and imported by the weighing platform via the signal cable. In normal weather, the operator only needs to operate the power switch, but in the case of a possible lightning strike, the instrument power plug and the weighing platform signal cable plug must be unplugged. Zui is good at taking lightning protection measures, such as adding surge protection devices to the instrument power circuit.
3. Anti-corrosion: Corrosive substances can not penetrate into the inside of the instrument, otherwise it will cause corrosion to the devices on the circuit board and the circuit board itself. Over time, the instrument may be scrapped. Even a meter with anti-corrosion function will have the same result if it is not tightly closed.
4. Sun protection: Avoid direct sunlight on the black casing of the instrument. Otherwise, the working environment of the instrument may be damaged beyond the rated temperature range.
5. Installation: Generally, the instrument should be placed in a clean, dry, ventilated, and temperature-friendly environment. The position of the meter should be fixed. Do not move it frequently. Otherwise, the internal lead of the signal cable plug may fall off and cause a malfunction.
6. Power supply: Weighing displays (such as 8142, 8530, etc.) mostly use 220 VAC power supply, the voltage allowable range is generally 187 volts - 242 volts. After changing the power line, remember to measure the voltage to meet the requirements before powering up the meter. Failure to connect the 380 volt power supply to the meter may cause damage. Where the power supply voltage fluctuates greatly, a good performance regulator (such as CW AC parameter regulator) should be equipped to ensure the normal use of the instrument. Do not use the same power outlet with strong interference sources (such as motors, bells, fluorescent lamps) to avoid unstable display values. Some instruments (such as HAWK meters) are used for both AC and DC. When using a dry battery, be careful that battery leakage can damage the meter. When not using battery power for a long time, remove the battery.
7. Cleaning: In an industrial environment, there may be dust or contamination on the outer casing of the instrument. It must be wiped clean with a damp cloth in case of power failure. However, be careful not to wipe the display window with a solvent such as alcohol, which will deteriorate the light transmission performance and the display may be blurred.
8. Grounding: The weighing instrument should be connected to a separate and good grounding wire (grounding resistance <4 ohms, grounding lead should be as short as possible). The grounding wire has a dual function: it not only protects the personal safety of the operator, but also has an important anti-jamming effect. It can ensure that the instrument works stably. The ground wire is connected to the power socket of the instrument. If the ground wire of the instrument is connected to the public, it is strong. Electrical protection on the ground, this may cause power disturbance to the instrument, causing the meter display value to fluctuate. Regularly check that the ground connection points are in good contact. Because after a long period of time, the connection points will be oxidized, rusted, etc., the meter will not actually work.
9. Anti-strong power: The power line above 220 volts accidentally hits the weighing platform or uses the weighing platform as the ground wire. The welding operation on the weighing platform may damage the instrument.
10. Anti-static: If the instrument is damaged, it should be sent for repair. In order to speed up the transfer, some units like to remove the PCB board of the instrument and mail it by express mail, which creates an anti-static problem. When taking the PCB board, hold the four corners of the board. Do not touch the place with the integrated block pins. Because it is easy for static electricity to damage the integrated block. The removed PCB should be immediately placed in a shielding bag and wrapped in a regular newspaper without a shielding bag. If you place the board on a high-insulation table, you may damage the PCB. When you receive the repaired PCB and need to reload the meter, you should also pay attention to anti-static.
