Aerosol generator working process
The working process of the generator is divided into three sections: spray, inertial separation and drying.
1) Spray
The spray gas path is opened and the compressed air enters the Corisstone nozzle; the sodium fluorescein solution is drawn into the nozzle cavity and forms a droplet at a very high velocity through the horizontal orifice.
2) Inertial separation
The droplets from the spray chamber are forced through the *throttle in the separator, and the airflow velocity increases rapidly. The large droplets are not easy to change direction due to the inertia, and most of them collide into the separation tube opposite the orifice, and the small droplets are inertia. The small air flow bypasses the separation tube to separate the droplets. 0132|-m file sets two-stage separator, 01981.m file and 218um file set * level separator.
3) Drying process
The selected droplet group enters the drying tube with the carrier air*, is mixed with the dry air, and is dehydrated and dried.
